The most heartbreaking thing in his "career" was becoming a has-been. Weird parents died in the Station fire if it was fans becoming parents that made him a has-been. Queensryche albums are so unique, spanning the spectrum of rock, from metal, progressive, alternative, and pop. I love every album now as my hearing tastes have matured over time. Too bad they couldn’t work out their differences but still an all time band

I met with Rudy Sarzo this week.and he Told Us incredible story with Randy Rhoads, and how much he learned from him musically, and the road after , incredible interview with Alex Grossi, And Rudy , fantastic guys and was great, also Met Dana Strum at the same event, me being a guitar player, it was full circle even after all these years, Please support these guys and Music history.

1994 is by far the best Motley álbum ever. John is one of the greatest singers in the world. His work with The Scream and The Dead Daisies is absolutely fantastic. Keep on Rocking, John!!!!!!

You wanna hear one of the greatest albums ever in the genre, check out Ted's solo album "Collateral Damage." I think it was out around 2006 or so. Incredible, would have been triple platinum in 1988. Great song after great song after great song.

Saw the new iteration of Queensryche a couple years ago in Pittsburgh at a nice venue... revamped theater of decent size and sound system. While they were certainly good, my tastes still reside with 'Mindcrime' and those original artists. My age probably dictates that sentiment.

Influenced by Maiden, I get, but Slayer?? ...wow...I can't hear any Slayer influence in early Queensryche.

The used to play Raleigh NC all the time. I saw them a bunch at a club called the Switch. Midnight Dynamite era mostly. They always put on a great fun show. They should have been bigger then a lot of those LA hair metal type bands.
